Welcome to THEMBSTUDIO FOR PAINTINGS & FRAMES TRADING ("we", "our", or "us").

This website is owned and operated by THEMBSTUDIO FOR PAINTINGS & FRAMES TRADING, a Sole Establishment registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products

We offer handmade, hand-painted artwork, paintings, frames, mirrors, brushes, canvases and other artistic products.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, every piece is unique. Small differences in colour, brushstrokes and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created according to the customer's requested design.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate reference images, names, colours and design instructions before production begins.

Once artwork production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or significantly modified.

3. Production Time

• Ready-made products: approximately 2–3 business days
• Custom orders: approximately 2–3 weeks

Production times may vary during busy periods.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Orders may require a 50% deposit before production begins.

The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or collection.

5. Shipping

We currently ship throughout the UAE and selected GCC countries.

Estimated shipping charges:

• UAE: AED 40
• Western Region: AED 50
• GCC: AED 80

Delivery times depend on the courier service.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and personalised:

• Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, logos and website content belong to THEMBSTUDIO FOR PAINTINGS & FRAMES TRADING.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, weather or events outside our control.

Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
