Processing Time

  • Ready-made products: Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom-made and personalised products: Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the artwork and current order volume.

Customers will be notified if additional production time is required.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries.

If delivery to your location is unavailable, we will contact you before processing your order.

Shipping Fees

Current shipping rates are:

  • UAE: AED 40
  • Western Region (UAE): AED 50
  • GCC Countries: AED 80

Shipping fees may change depending on package size, weight, destination or courier requirements.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier service and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • GCC: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including a valid phone number.

We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect shipping information.
